This is a guide only and not official benefits advice. It helps you keep a record of how your condition affects you. It doesn't work out PIP points or whether you'll get PIP: the DWP decides that after an assessment. For free, independent help, contact Citizens Advice or Turn2us, and see gov.uk/pip.
About this diary
PIP looks at how your condition affects you over time, not just on the day of an assessment, and a good day can hide a lot of bad ones. This diary helps you keep a steady, honest record in the words PIP uses: whether you can do each activity reliably, what aids you use and what help you need. It's a record-keeping tool, so it doesn't score you or predict a decision. Made in Jersey.
